摘要
针对深部高应力巷道围岩大变形控制难题,选择水峪煤业十采区运输大巷为研究对象,综合采用现场调研、理论分析和现场试验等方法,分析了深部高应力巷道围岩、支护结构破坏特征和围岩强度特征,研究了巷道围岩大变形的主要影响因素,在此基础上提出了以约束混凝土支架与注浆锚索为核心的注锚喷支联合控制技术,并在现场进行了工业性试验,有效保障了深部高应力巷道围岩的稳定,对类似条件的巷道围岩控制具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
Aiming at the large deformation of surrounding rock of deep high stress roadway, the main transportation roadway in the tenth mining area of Shuiyu Coal Mine was selected as the research object, and field investigation, theoretical analysis and field test were carried out. The failure characteristics of surrounding rock and the supporting structure of deep high stress roadway, and strength characteristics of roof and two sides were analyzed, and the main influencing factors of large deformation of surrounding rock of roadway were studied. Based on the research results, a combined technology including grouting, bolting, shotcreting and supporting with confined concrete support and grouting anchor cable as the core was proposed, the industrial test was carried out on site, which guaranteed the stability of surrounding rock of deep high stress roadway, which has a certain reference value for the control of surrounding rock of roadways with similar conditions.
