摘要
电力机车应急供电装置在机车运行至无电区或入库检修接触网无电时为其进行应急供电。为兼顾不同型号机车内负载对供电电压频率的不同需求,供电装置中的逆变器模块需要自适应调频调压输出,对辅助供电网的电压频率、有效值的检测必不可少。本文根据单同步坐标系软件锁相环算法原理,针对应急供电装置对网侧检测的需求,设计了网侧频率和电压检测的总控制逻辑,完成了硬件采样电路的设计及软件锁相环算法的程序实现。最后进行样机测试实验,实验结果证明了这种检测系统的有效性。

Abstract
The electric locomotive emergency power supply device provides emergency power supply for the locomotive when it runs to the power free area or the overhead contact system for warehousing maintenance hasno power.In order to meet the different demands of different types of locomotive loads on power supply voltageand frequency, the inverter module in the power supply device needs to adaptively adjust frequency andvoltage output, and it is essential to detect the voltage frequency and effective value of the auxiliary powersupply network.According to the principle of single-synchronous coordinate system software phase-lockedloop algorithm, this paper designs the total control logic of network-side frequency and voltage detection according to the needs of emergency power supply devices for grid-side detection, and completes the design ofhardware sampling circuit and the program implementation of software phase-locked loop algorithm.Finally,28the prototype test experiment is carried out, The experimental results prove the effectiveness of this detectionsystem.
