    在国家相关文件中明确指出“在煤炭行业推广‘煤矸石井下充填+地面回填’,促进矸石减量;在矿山行业建立‘梯级回收+生态修复+封存保护’体系,推动绿色矿山建设”。黄陵二号煤矿每年矸石总量在105万t左右,其中井下工作面起底及硐室掘进产生的纯矸石约20万t。针对黄陵二号煤矿面临的井下掘进矸石、起底矸石等原生矸石需地面排放的问题,结合矿井的开拓开采现状,综合分析国内外现有矸石处理的技术特点,应用浆体管道充填技术,在黄陵开展井下注浆充填处置矸石,在不影响矿井正常生产的前提下,安全、高效、绿色解决井下原生矸石排放难题,同时为类似条件的矿井提供借鉴。
  • Abstract
    The relevant national documents point out that “ promote the coal gangue underground filling + ground backfilling” in the coal industry to advance the reduction of gangue; establish a system of “ step recovery + ecological restoration +preservation and protection” in the mining industry to promote the construction of green mines. The total amount of ganguein Huangling No. 2 Coal Mine is about 1. 05 million tons every year, including about 200 000 tons of pure gangue generatedfrom the bottoming of underground working face and chamber excavation. In view of the problem facing Huangling No. 2 CoalMine with the underground driving gangue, bottoming gangue and other primary gangue needing to be discharged on theground, combined with the current situation of the mine development and mining, the technical characteristics of the existinggangue treatment technologies at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed, and a research project on undergroundgrouting and filling gangue disposal is carried out in Huangling. The project applies slurry pipeline filling technology, whichcan safely, efficiently and greenly solve the problem of underground primary gangue discharge without affecting the normalproduction of the mine, providing reference for mines with similar conditions.
