    煤炭检测实验室作为工业化、信息化的进程产物则为煤炭工业的良性健康发展提供重要数据和技术支撑,因而对煤炭检测实验室设计与建设的系统研究,可为我国煤炭检测实验室的新建或升级改造提供极高的参考价值,从而对整体提升我国煤炭检测质量具有重要的推动作用。基于煤炭检测实验室建设与管理经验,提出煤炭检测实验室建设的总体架构,从实验室选址、实验室设计、配套设施工程建设、智能化建设、安全与环境措施等方面剖析煤炭检测实验室建设的全过程要点,指出实验室系统设计与建设需对实验室检测能力、供电系统、给排出水系统、气路系统、通风系统、温控系统、监控系统、试验台建设、实验室管理系统以及环境条件等全面考虑与统筹规划,并结合我国数字化转型发展的新阶段指明实验室智能化建设对煤炭检测实验室紧跟时代发展的重要意义。煤炭检测实验室的整体设计需围绕实验室检测能力配置基础设施、仪器设备、实验室管理系统以及合适的场所环境条件,且选址应充分考虑实验室所在地区的煤炭量、采样距离、交通与生活配套、环境影响等因素,同时兼顾实验室扩项和智能化升级改造需求,保障实验室的建设可行性、运行实用性和发展可持续性,以及实现实验室运行的规范化、标准化、集中化及简便化。煤炭检测实验室的智能化建设主要包括采样、制样、化验、存储环节,其中采样系统对被采批煤进行自动化采取并在线制备至规定粒度,制样系统通过智能机械手臂或胶带等转运方式将采取煤样制备至分析状态,化验系统应用传统检测设备通过智能机械手臂代替人工得到检测结果,存储系统与制样系统有效连接从而进行样品的智能存储。
  • Abstract
    As a product of industrialization and informatization, coal testing laboratories provided important data andtechnical support for the healthy development of the coal industry. Therefore, systematic research on the design andconstruction of coal testing laboratories could provide extremely high reference value for the construction or upgradingof coal testing laboratories in China, thereby playing an important role in improving the coal quality in China. Basedon the experience in the construction and management of coal testing laboratories, the overall architecture of coal tes⁃ting laboratory construction was proposed. The key points of the entire process of coal testing laboratory constructionwere analyzed from the aspects of laboratory site selection, laboratory design, supporting facility engineering con⁃struction, intelligent construction, safety and environmental measures, etc. It was pointed out that the design andconstruction of laboratory systems required comprehensive consideration and overall planning of laboratory testing ca⁃pability, power supply system, water supply and drainage systems, gas path system, ventilation system, tempera⁃ture control system, monitoring system, test bench construction, laboratory management system, and environmentalconditions. In combination with the new stage of digital transformation and development in China, the importance ofintelligent construction of laboratories in keeping up with the development of the times for coal testing laboratorieswas emphasized. The overall design of a coal testing laboratory should consider the laboratory testing capacity toconfigure infrastructure, instruments, laboratory management system, and appropriate environmental conditions.In addition, the site selection should fully considered factors such as the amount of coal in the area where the labo⁃ratory is located, sampling distance, transportation and living facilities, and environmental impact. Moreover, theneeds of laboratory expansion and intelligent upgrading should be considered to ensure the feasibility of laboratoryconstruction, operational practicality, and sustainable development, as well as achieving standardization, central⁃ization, and simplification of laboratory operations. The intelligent construction of coal testing laboratories mainlyincluded sampling, sample preparation, laboratory testing, and storage processes. Among them, the samplingsystem automated the sampling of the coal being mined and prepared it online to the specified particle size, thesample preparation system used intelligent robotic arms or tape transportation methods to prepare coal samples for a⁃nalysis, the laboratory system used traditional testing equipment to obtain test results through intelligent robotic armsinstead of manual labor, and the storage system was effectively connected to the sample preparation system for intel⁃ligent storage of samples.
