摘要
东周窑煤矿8103工作面5103回风巷道留设30m宽煤柱时,巷道应力环境相对差,底鼓、顶板下沉较大,拟实施小煤柱沿空掘巷技术。从理论上研究稳定后采空区侧向支承压力分布情况,提出了科学、合理的煤柱尺寸留设和回风巷道支护形式,并开展井下实际应用。研究结果表明:小煤柱沿空掘巷改善巷道应力环境、降低应力集中和矿压显现,5103回风巷道沿空掘巷和工作面回采期间巷道安全、稳定。

Abstract
When a wide coal pillar with 30 m is left in the 5103 return air roadway of the 8103 working face in Dongzhouyao Coal Mine, the stress environment of the roadway is relatively poor, the heaving floor and roof subsidence are relatively large. It is planned to implement the small coal pillar driving roadway along goaf technology. A theoretical study is conducted on the distribution situation of goaf lateral support stress after stabilization, a scientific and reasonable coal pillar size reservation and return air roadway support form are proposed, and downhole practical applications are carried out. The research results indicate that the small coal pillar driving roadway along goaf improves the stress environment of the roadway, reduces stress concentration and mine pressure manifestation, the 5103 return air roadway driving roadway along goaf and roadway during the working face stoping period are safe and stable.
