新质生产力是习近平总书记在新时代为推动经济社会高质量发展而提出的新概念,其强调了科技创新在推动经济增长中的核心作用,代表了摆脱传统增长方式和生产力发展路径的新趋势。根据新质生产力的理论基础,明确了新质生产力的主要特征、现实意义与战略意义,分析了当前新质生产力发展所面临的机遇与挑战。随后,基于新质生产力在现代新型能源体系中的发展现状与未来展望,从科技创新、机制体制、人才培育、国际交流4个方面提出政策建议,以促进我国能源体系新质生产力创新,推动现代新型能源体系实现更加高效、环保、可持续创新发展。

New quality productivity is a new concept put forward by the General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era to promote high-quality economic and social development. It emphasizes the core role of innovation in promoting economic growth, and represents a newtrend of getting rid of the traditional growth mode and the development path of productivity. According to the theoretical basis of the newquality productivity, the main characteristics, practical significance and strategic significance of the new quality productivity are defined,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of the new quality productivity are analyzed.Then, based on thedevelopment status and future prospects of new quality productivity in the modern new energy system, policy suggestions are put forwardfrom four aspects: scientific and technological innovation, mechanism and system, talent cultivation, and international exchange, in orderto promote the innovation of new quality productivity in China’ s energy system, and promote the modern new energy system to achievemore efficient, environmental protection, and sustainable development.
