    针对串草圪旦煤矿4104工作面过沟谷上坡段时易发生动载矿压显现情况,研究了沟谷区域关键层缺失情况下工作面上坡开采时覆岩关键层的破断特征以及矿压显现特征。研究表明:沟谷关键层的缺失使得上坡段关键层呈非均布载荷作用下的悬臂梁方式存在,关键层岩体可能发生剪断破坏或拉断破坏,其失稳形式相应表现为滑落失稳或回转失稳,并受沟谷坡角的影响;在4104工作面条件下,当沟谷坡角小于57°时,工作面覆岩关键层表现为拉断破坏,其失稳形式为回转失稳,当沟谷坡角大于57°时,覆岩关键层表现为剪断破坏,其失稳形式为滑落失稳。现场实测表明,工作面过沟谷上坡段开采时动压现象明显,并提出了减缓矿压显现程度、提高顶板控制效果的措施。
  • Abstract
    Aimed at the fact that dynamic strata pressure accidents easily occurred during upward section mining of gully terrain at the No.4104 working face of Ch uancaogedan Coal Mine ,the breaking forms of the key strata and strata pressure characteristics during upward mining of the working face under the condition of non-ex isting key strata in gully region were studied.Results indicated that the key strata of the upward section existed as a " cantilever beam" mode under the effect of non-uni formly distributed load because of the lack of gully key strata,which may induce shear damage or tensile damage of the key strata rock mass ,and correspondingly the in stable forms presented as sliding instability or rotary instability which were influenced by the valley slope angle.In the condition of No.4104 working face,overlying key s trata presented as tensile damage and rotary instability failure form when gully slope angle less than 57°,while key strata presented as shear damage and sliding instab ility failure form when gully slope angle more than 57°. Field test showed that dynamic strata pressure behavior was obvious during mining at upward section of gully ter rain of the mining face. Finally,countermeasures to slow down mine pressure behavior and improve roof control effect were proposed.
