摘要
为进一步提高充填采煤效率,保证固体充填质量的一致性,提出采用固体充填自动化技术,设计研发了固体充填自动化控制系统。给出了自动控制策略和方法,包括充填液压支架推力与密实充填率之间数学关系,充填体自由度对充填采煤工作的影响以及充填采煤的时空特性,深入剖析了自动化充填采煤与控制工作面顶板上覆岩层的运移规律。同时,系统中液压支架自动控制流程、传感器布控原理以及系统控制模式实现了现场工业应用。结果表明:充填效率和推进速度均提升49%左右,劳动强度和充填成本大幅下降,充填效果明显提高,有力推动了固体充填采煤的科学发展。

Abstract
in order to further improve a backil oal mining eficiency and to ensure a consistency of thesolid backill qulty an automatic echmnology of the solid bac剎ill was provided and an automatic control system of the sold bacill as designed and developed. An automatie conrol tacics and mathod were provided,i ncludingthe mathematical relatonship between the thrust of the bac ll owered support and the dense backill rte,the bac.llfeeom afi ced tothe bac.ll mnig opertioand the space-time characteristics of the backill cal mining. The paper in detal analzed the automat c ackil oal mining and the mig ation la to contrlthe over:urden strata above roof of coal mining face. tMeanwihile,the automatic control procedue of the powered suppor in the system.the distrbuion and conirol principle of hsensors and the system control mode were realized in thesite industral aplications The resulis showed tht the backil fciency and pushing forward speed were both inproved about 4 %,the labor intensty and backil cost were highly reduced,the backil ffct was obvicusly improved and the scientific development ofthesolit beckfill coal mining was powerfully promoted.
