  • 摘要
    针对钢筛管完井工艺具有维护井壁稳定、高效防砂、防锈耐腐、安全经济、可实现管柱重入完成通洗井等优点,将玻璃钢筛管完井工艺作为一项新的完井工艺,在煤层气水平井裸眼完井、PE筛管完井技术上进行创新设计。试验结果表明:玻璃钢筛管较低的摩擦因数更利于管柱下入作业,较高的强度有利于保证水平段通道的完整,实现后期水平井段的通洗井作业,非金属的材质有利于煤矿后期的开采作业安全。玻璃钢筛管以冲管为内管可在整个作业过程中建立泥浆循环,可以有效处理下筛管过程中的遇阻现象,并能实现高压水力喷射洗井,更大限度地降低前期作业过程中对储层的损害。该工艺首次在山西煤层气现场施工32口井,累计筛管下入长度40 862 m,成功率100%玻璃钢筛管完井工艺可以促进煤层气开发。

    According to the fiber reinforced plastc screen pipe completon technicue with the stable maintained well a. igh eficient sand prevention.,ust prevention and anti-coosion.safety and economic realization of the pipestring reenterto complete the ru ellfushing and other advantages.based on the f.er reinforced plastic screen pipe completion techique as a new completion tfechnique an inovated design was conducted on the completon ofthe coaled metod hoizonta open welland PE screen pipe completion technology.The analysis on the fier reinfoced plastic sceen pe completion feaures and advantages shoved thth fi r renfocedplasic screen pipe with low frction factor would be favorable to the pipe string down sting operation.the f.er reinfoced lasti: screen pipe with a igh strength wouldcbe favorable to ensure the integration of the horizontal secional channel and could realize the tu e lfushing operation at thelate horzontal ell ection and the fi erreinforced plastic screen pipe with non-metallic material would be favorable to the savety mining operation at the lave of mine.T he fibrinoced platit sceen poe with a wash pipe as an internal pipe could set up drlling mud crculaton in the vwhole operaion process coul ffectively andlethe jaming phenomenon occuredin hescreen pipe down setting process,could eaize well fushing with high pressurized hyraulic jting and coud tnost reduce thersevoi faire ocurd it he previous operation process.The technique was appied to construct 32 gas wels io Shan i calbed imetan stie a total length of sc.een pipe down eting was 4 $ 62 m and the successful rate was 100%./n adtition,the technique could play a promotion ole to the colbed methane development and calbed methane horzontal completion t chnique and technology development.
