    为明确煤粉工业锅炉用煤的爆炸特性,给煤粉仓安全防爆设计提供依据,在20 L球型爆炸测试装置上研究了3种煤粉(褐煤、烟煤)工业锅炉典型用煤的爆炸特性,得到了3种煤粉的爆炸特性参数最大爆炸压力Pmax、最大爆炸压力上升速率γmax和最大爆炸指数Kmax,同时对煤粉粉尘爆炸的压力随挥发分的变化规律、煤粉爆炸猛烈程度及其影响因素进行了分析;最后对影响煤粉仓安全的防爆因素与处理措施进行了研究。结果表明:3种煤粉的Pmax依次为0.764 3、0.756 9、0.752 8 MPa,挥发分对煤粉的爆炸特性有较大的影响,挥发分高的煤粉,其Pmax相应较大;3种煤粉的Kmax依次为19.584 5、19.539 1、19.221 0 MPa·m/s,挥发分越高,最大爆炸指数越大,煤粉爆炸猛烈程度越大;Kmax对应的煤粉浓度与煤中可燃基含量有关,可燃基越高,Kmax对应的煤粉浓度越低。煤粉工业锅炉系统煤粉仓安全防爆设计可采用浓相操作、封闭、惰性气体保护、防静电接地、泄爆等措施,以保障煤粉仓的安全运行。
  • Abstract
    in order to claify the explosion characterstics of the coal in pulverized cal-fred industrial boliers and provide the basis for safety and explosion proof design of coal bunkerthe explosion characteristices of three kinds of typical cal( ligntie sample, and two samples of biuminous coal) in pulveized coal-red industrial oler were studied in th 20 L sphere explosion testapparatus,and the explosion characteritic parameters of thee inds of coal powder were obtaine :themaximum explosion pressure( Pmay).t hemaxinum explosion pressure rising rate( Ymax.and themaximum explosion index( Kmax . The pressure on pulverzed caldust explosion with vlati variation,the ferocty of coal tust expiosion and the infuencing factors were discussed.At the same time ,the safety and explosion proof factors and measuresof coal bunker were researched.T'he results show that the Pmao f the thee inds of coal powder are succssively 0.764 3,0.7569,0.7528MPa.The conent of volatie has a great infuence on the explosion characteristis ofcal nd the higher of the volatle the lager of th Pmaois relatively.The Kmaof the three kinds of coal powder are successively 19.584 5,19.5391,19.2210 MPa m s.The hicher of the volatle the lager of the Kmaxis and the greater ferocity of coal dut explosion is The coal dust concentration coresponding to Kmais related to the conmbustilebasis of the coal The higher of the combustible bas s thelower of the coal dust concentration is reltively. The safety and explosion proof design of pulverized coal bunker of pulverzed coal-ired indusrial biler can be caried out by the method of dense phase operation,closed,inert gas protection,static electricity protection ground and discharging explosion.
