摘要
为实现承压水上安全开采,以新集一矿承压水上开采为工程背景,采用FLAC3D软件计算分析了承压水上采场底板应力分布规律,并基于固支梁理论推导了隔水层发生拉伸破断、剪切破断的力学判据。结果表明:隔水层发生破断位置在采场煤壁附近,隔水层承载能力随着隔水层厚度、抗拉强度、抗剪强度的增大而增大,随着工作面倾斜长度的增大而减小。利用该判据计算可知,该工作面底板隔水层所受水压大于1.78 MPa时易发生剪切破断。最后提出突水防治措施有:一是提高煤壁附近底板的承载能力;二是根据承压水压缩短工作面倾斜长度。

Abstract
In order to achieve safe mining above confined water,stress field distribution of mining floor over confined water werecalculated and analyzed by FLAC~(3D).taking Xinji No.1 Coal Mine as the engineering background,and the mechanical criteria both for tensile failure and shear failure of the aquifuge were derived based on the theory of clamped beam.The results showed that breakdown point of the aquifuge located near the coal walland bearing capacity of the aquifuge increased with its thickness,tensile strength and shear strength while decreased with the inclined length of the coal face.Using this mechanical criteria,it wasknown that the floor aquifuge at one working face was apt to shear failure when water pressure was more than 1.78 MPa.Finally,water inrush prevention measures were proposed:firstly,to improve the bearing capacity of the floor near the coal wal; secondly,to shorten the inclined length of the working face according to confined water pressure.
