通过分析近年来煤矿特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故的原因,揭示了瓦斯突发事件导致特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故的新特点;据此分析了我国煤矿在突发事件应急处置方面存在的薄弱环节;最后强调了突出矿井应关注突出诱发次生灾害以及非突出矿井关注第一次突出及其诱发瓦斯爆炸事故的重要性,并提出了应对建议,旨在提高我国煤矿防灾、减灾及抗灾能力。

On the basis of analyzing the extraordinarily serious mine gas explosion accidents in recent years, the paper revealed the features of the serious accide nts of gas explosion induced by the gas emergency events and introduced the weak links on the emergency management of the unexpected events in coal mines. In ord er to enhance the capability of preventing, controlling and reducing the disasters, the particular importance to prevent the secondary disasters induced by the gas outbu rst in outburst mines and the first gas outburst occurred in non outburst coal mines which had no risk of gas outburst before were emphasized and presented.
