    为了提高煤矿采空区自燃防治和应急处置能力,以防特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故的发生,提出了应树立"不能让采空区着火"的煤矿自燃防治理念和"采空区自燃应急处置的安全性是可以大幅提高"的救灾理念,在自燃防治和救灾时,加强采空区特别是容易忽视的老采空区自燃状态的预测预警和分析,把握好实施防灭火措施和发生自燃的采空区封闭的时间节点,提前、有效地采取预防性防灭火措施和采空区惰化,发现采空区自燃状态恶化应及时撤人,并注意对采空区特别是采空区的密闭进行长期维护检修。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve the spontaneous combustion prevention and contral in the mining goaf and the emergency handling capacity to prevent special large gas explosion accident occurred in the mine, the paper pointed out that a mine spontaneous combustion prevention and control idea with' no spontaneous combustion 0 ccurred in the mining goaf"and the disaster rescue idea'the safety of the emergency handling on the spontaneous combustion in the mining goaf could highly improve'sh ould be established.During the spontaneous combustion prevention and control and the disaster rescue period, the prediction and early warning and the analysis on the easy neglected spontaneous combustion status in the mining goaf should be enhanced, and the fire prevention and extinguishing measures and the sealing time node 0 f the spontaneous combustion goaf should be well conducted.The preventive fire prevention and extinguishing measures and the goaf inerting should be in advance and effectively conducted.Once the spontaneous combustion situation getting worse, all personnel should be timely withdrawn and a long-term maintenance and repair on th e goaf sealing should be specially noted.
