    针对地面煤堆随着储存量和储存时间的增加自燃现象日趋严重的问题,采用测温技术防治煤堆自燃已成为必要手段,首先论述了现行直接和间接煤堆测温方法及其原理,然后对常用的简易煤堆测温装置及复合式煤堆测温装置进行了介绍,并对其结构原理、优缺点及应用范围进行了分析比较。结果表明:无线测温和光纤测温技术是目前煤堆测温研究的热点,测温装置的精确化、复合化和自动化是其发展趋势,开发基于新机理的煤堆测温仪器是新的发展方向。
  • Abstract
    Due to spontaneous combustion of coal stockpile on surface ground had been a serious problem with the stock quantity and stock time increased, a tem perature measuring technology applied to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal stockpile became a necessary means. The paper firstly stated the av ailable direct and indirect coal stockpile temperature measuring methods and principle. Then the paper introduced the common simple temperature measuring device a nd the composite type temperature measuring equipment of coal stockpile, and analyzed the structural principle, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the applicati on scope. The results showed that a wireless temperature measuring and optical fiber temperature measuring technology would be the research focuses of present tem perature measuring for coal stockpile, the precision, complex and automation of the temperature measuring system would be the development tendency, the developme nt of coal stockpile temperature measuring instrument based on new mechanism would be a new development orientation.
