    为减少煤炭资源损失,对潘北煤矿在大倾角(30°)三软厚煤层工作面进行旋转开采技术,设计了进刀比为1∶3的旋采方法及旋采关键技术方案,即对运输巷和回风巷进行超前刷扩和单体挑棚支护,以便调整转载机与带式输送机方向,保持工作面等长;在液压支架与刮板输送机间连接防滑千斤顶和锚链,以减少刮板输送机下滑量,保持综采机组整体稳定性;采用顶板铺链网并在架头连接工字钢,加强顶板管理,防止片帮、冒顶发生。实践结果表明,旋转开采技术的实施保证了大倾角三软厚煤层工作面的安全高效开采。旋采期间日产量达正常综采期间的93.1%,旋转开采经济效果良好。
  • Abstract
    In order to reduces the coal resource lost, a rotary fully-mechanized coal mining technology was applied to the deep inclined (30°) seam with soft roof, s oft coal and soft floor in Panbei Mine. A rotary mining method with a feeding ratio of 1 : 3 and the key technical plan of the rotary mining were designed. Over excavatio n and single square support were conducted in the transportation gateway and the air return gateway in order to adjust the direction of the stage loader and the belt con veyor and to keep the equal length of the coal mining face. Anti sliding jack and chain were connected with the hydraulic support and the scraper conveyor in order to re duce the sliding downward of the scraper conveyor and to keep the integrated stability of units. Chain meshes paved on the roof and H steel were connected at the fron t of supports in order to enhance the roof control and to prevent the spaling and roof falling occurred. The practice results showed that the application of the above tech nology could ensure the safety and high efficient rotary mining of the deep inclined coal mining face in the thick seam with soft roof, soft coal and soft floor. During the r otary mining period, a daily production of mining face could reach 93.1%of the normal fully-mechanized coal mining period and the economic results of the rotary minin g were excellent.
