Study on Strip Type Wongawilli Coal Mining Technology Under Buildings

摘要
为解决建(构)筑物下煤炭资源安全高效回采的难题,采用理论计算和数值模拟的手段对条带式旺格维利(Wongawilli)采煤技术进行分析研究,结合矿井地质资料进行条带式Wongawilli旺格维利采煤方案设计,确定支巷支护设计参数及回采工艺;采用数值模拟分析研究条带式Wongawilli采煤工作面围岩应力场、位移场、塑性区的变化情况,并对回采结束后地表移动变形及其对地表建(构)筑物的影响进行计算分析。研究结果表明:采用条带式Wongawilli采煤技术开采速度快、效率高、地表移动时间短,在安全高效回采煤炭资源的同时,能有效控制地表移动变形。

In order to solve the difficult problems of a safety and high efficient mining of coal resources under buildings, the theoretical calculation and the numeric
al simulation means were applied to the analysis and study on the strip Wongawilli mining technology.ln combination with the mine geological information, a design on t
he strip Wongawilli miming plan was conducted and design parameters and mining technique of the gateway support were determined.The numerical simulation was ap
plied to analyze and study the variation conditions of the stress filed, displacement field and plastic zone in the surrounding rock of the strip Wongawilli mining face and
to calculate and analyze the movement deformation value of the surface ground after the coal mining completed and the influences to the surface buildings.The study re
sults showed that with the application of the strip Wongawilli mining technology, the mining speed was fast, the efficiency was high, the surface movement time was sho
rt and the surface ground movement deformation value could be effectively controlled during the safety and high efficient mining of the coal resources.
