摘要
为解决深部薄基岩破碎顶板脆裂煤体煤壁易片帮及顶板易冒落的问题,以赵固一矿11131工作面为研究对象,采用现场观测的方法得到了煤体裂隙发育及顶板冒落的特征,采用宾汉流体的扩散运动方程计算得出工作面煤壁处浆液的最大扩散半径,提出了计算注浆钻孔仰角的方法,优化了注浆钻孔的布置形式,对工作面煤体片帮区及煤壁破碎区进行注浆加固。结果表明:工作面注浆加固后,煤壁片帮及顶板冒落事故大幅减少,推进速度由3.2 m/d提高至6.7 m/d。
