Research on the design of emergency drilling trajectory and the status of software application

为实现救援井精准、省时、可靠连通的目标,对应急救援钻探现场技术应用涉及的轨道设计方法进行了分析,根据轨道设计目标、约束要求不同,总结了不同工况下救援井的轨道设计类型及方法;结合实例对救援井连通轨道设计进行应用分析,探求一套高效且适用于矿山应急救援钻探的轨道连通方法;从救援井轨道优化的软件应用入手,结合矿山救援井纠偏作业实践,剖析了钻井软件在救援领域的适用性及存在的不足,并提出了针对性的改进建议。研究成果可对矿山、油气井、地下空间等灾害事故应急救援提供借鉴与指导。
In order to realize the purpose of accurate, time-saving and reliable connection of rescue wells, the trajectory design method involved in the application of emergency rescue drilling site technology was analyzed. According to different trajectory design objectives and constraint requirements, the types and methods of trajectory design for rescue wells under different working conditions were summarized. Then, the design of the connecting trajectory of the rescue well was studied based on practical example, and a set of trajectory connecting method which was efficient and suitable for mine emergency rescue drilling was explored. Finally, starting from the application of the software of rescue well trajectory optimization, combined with the correction operation practice of mine rescue well, the applicability and existing shortcomings of the drilling software in the rescue field were analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions for improvement were put forward. The research results can provide reference and guidance for emergency rescue of mine, oil and gas well, underground space and other disasters.
