采空区煤自燃“温—气”双指标循环反馈预测技术研究

    为提升王才伙盘煤矿煤自燃“温—气”双指标循环反馈预测技术,利用程序升温实验,采用现场测定方法分析了煤样在不同温度条件下的气体产物,确定了采空区自然发火“三带”分布范围,通过构建数学模型计算了回风隅角CO体积分数(φ(CO))。结果表明:CO和CO2在常温下产生,C2H4在98.50℃产生,加速氧化临界温度为170.89℃;2202工作面散热带宽39.38m,氧化带宽74.03m,回风隅角φ(CO)平均为6.4×10-6;采空区内的最高温度与回风隅角φ(CO)有着很好的对应关系,可根据二者中的任意一个参数值推测另外一个参数值,即可根据采空区内的最高温度确定φ(CO),亦可在已知φ(CO)的情况下推测采空区内的最高温度,大大提高了煤自燃预测的准确性。
  • Abstract
    To improve the prediction technology of “ temperature - gas” double index cycle feedback for spontaneous combustion of coal in Wangcai Huopan Coal Mine,the gas products of coal samples under different temperature conditions were analyzed by using programmed temperature experiment. Besides,field measurements were used to determine the distribution range of “three zones” of spontaneous combustion in goaf. Moreover,the CO volume fraction(φ(CO)) at the return air corner was calculated through a mathematical model. The results show that CO and CO are generated at room temperature,C H is generated at 98. 50 ℃,and the critical temperature for accelerated oxidation is 170. 89 ℃. In the working face,the heat dissipation bandwidth is 39. 38 m,the oxidation bandwidth is 74. 03 m,and the average φ( CO) at the return air corner is 6. 4×10 . There is a good correspondence between the maximum temperature in goaf and the φ(CO) at the return air corner, which can be inferred from either of the two parameter values. That is,the φ(CO) can be determined according to the maximum temperature in the goaf,and the maximum temperature in the goaf can also be inferred when the φ(CO) is known,which greatly improves the accuracy of coal spontaneous combustion prediction.
