摘要
为了解决大倾角下行通风综采工作面采空区瓦斯大量涌出所引起的回风流瓦斯浓度超限问题,采用单元测定法,从进风到回风将综采工作面分为若干单元,得出每个单元与采空区之间的漏风量、瓦斯涌出量及瓦斯浓度,分析评判采空区瓦斯异常积聚区分布特征;利用数值模拟软件,分析不同布置条件下高位钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果,优化高位钻孔抽采参数。研究结果表明:在采空区两端全风压压差、高位钻孔抽采负压、采空区热风压及瓦斯浮升力作用影响下,靠近进风侧平距10~30m、距离煤层顶板10~25m的采空区,形成瓦斯异常积聚区,将高位钻孔终孔布置在瓦斯异常积聚区且抽采流量为60m3/min时,瓦斯抽采效果最佳,回风流的瓦斯浓度超限隐患被消除。

Abstract
To solve the problem of gas over limit in return airflow caused by a large amount of gas emission in the goaf of a fully mechanized mining face with large dip angle downward ventilation,the unit measurement method was used to divide the fully mechanized mining face into several units from the intake air to the return air,and the air leakage,gas emission,and gas concentration between each unit and the goaf were obtained. The distribution characteristics of the abnormal gas accumulation area in the goaf were analyzed and evaluated. Using the numerical simulation software,the gas extraction effect of high-level borehole under different layout conditions was analyzed,and the extraction parameters of high-level borehole were optimized. The research results show that under the influence of the total air pressure difference at both ends of the goaf,the negative pressure of high-level borehole extraction,the hot air pressure in the goaf,and the gas buoyancy lift force,the goaf with a flat distance of m to m near the inlet side and a distance of m to m from the coal seam roof forms an abnormal gas accumulation area. When the final hole of the high-level borehole is arranged in the abnormal gas accumulation area and the extraction flow rate is m / min,the gas extraction effect is optimal,and the hidden danger of gas over limit in return air flow is eliminated.
