摘要
煤矿员工的不安全行为是导致煤矿安全事故发生的重要原因,为规范矿工的不安全行为,防止煤矿安全事故的发生,本文基于激励理论中的强化理论,以不安全行为意向作为中介调节变量,探讨正向激励与负向激励对不安全行为意向及不安全行为的影响,设计调查问卷,对山西某煤矿一线员工收集数据进行实证研究,构建正向激励、负向激励、不安全行为意向与不安全行为的结构方程模型(SEM)。研究结果表明:精神奖励、精神惩罚显著负向影响不安全行为意向,羞愧惩罚显著负向影响不安全行为,不安全行为意向显著正向影响不安全行为。

Abstract
In the field of coal mining, unsafe behaviors among coal miners are a significant cause of safety accidents.To regulatethe unsafe behaviors of miners and reduce the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents,this paper explores the impact of positive and negative incentives on unsafe behavior intentions and unsafe behaviors based on the reinforcement theory in incentive theory, using unsafe behavior intentions as a mediatingvariable.A survey questionnaire was designed, and empirical research was conducted by collecting data fromfrontline workers of a coal mine in Shanxi and constructing a structural equation model (SEM) of positive incentives, negative incentives, unsafe behavior intentions, and unsafe behaviors.The results show that spiritualrewards and spiritual punishments significantly negatively affect unsafe behavior intentions, and shame punishments significantly negatively affect unsafe behaviors, while unsafe behavior intentions significantly positivelyaffect unsafe behaviors.
