  • 摘要

    为解决山西灵石华苑煤业近距离煤层孤岛工作面开采过程中,下位煤层工作面巷道超前变形严重的问题,通过分析压力来源,受上位煤层开采遗留煤柱、厚硬顶板以及回采扰动的动压应力叠加作用,导致下位煤层回采巷道超前变形严重。根据分析结果,提出进行超前切顶卸压的控制方法,提前在上位煤层回采巷道进行超前爆破预裂,减小下位煤层回采巷道所受的压力影响,使巷道变形量由最大2.4 m以上,减小到最大0.8 m,保证了工作面安全生产的需求。

  • Abstract

     In order to solve the problem of serious advance deformation of roadway in lower coal seam working face during the mining process of island working face in close distance coal seam, by analyzing the source of pressure, the dynamic pressure stress superposition of coal pillar, thick and hard roof and mining disturbance in upper coal seam mining led to serious advance deformation of roadway in lower coal seam. According to the analysis results, the control method of advanced roof cutting and pressure relief was put forward. The advance blasting pre-splitting was carried out in the upper coal seam mining roadway in advance to reduce the pressure influence of the lower coal seam mining roadway, so that the deformation of the roadway was reduced from the maximum 2.4 m to the maximum 0.8 m, which ensured the safety production of the working face.
