Research on advanced support technology of high-strength anchor cable in fully mechanized mining face of Jinbei Coal Industry

为解决传统单体液压柱进行超前支护时出现的钻底问题,以晋北煤业3-503综采工作面为工程背景,进行高强锚索代替单体柱进行超前支护研究,通过矿压监测、数值模拟手段分析方案的可行性,并确定合理的支护参数,在3-503工作面回采巷道进行实践应用。实践表明,采动影响下巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,锚索工作性能良好,提高了工作效率,降低了工作强度,研究成果具有较好的借鉴和推广意义。
In order to solve the problem of drilling bottom when the traditional single hydraulic column was used for advanced support, taking No.3-503 fully mechanized mining face of Jinbei Coal Industry as the engineering background, the study of high-strength anchor cable instead of the single column for advanced support was carried out. The feasibility of the scheme was analyzed by means of mine pressure monitoring and numerical simulation, and the reasonable support parameters were determined. The practical application was carried out in the mining roadway of No.3-503 Face. The practice showed that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the influence of mining was effectively controlled, the working performance of anchor cable was good, the working efficiency was improved, and the working intensity was reduced. The research results had good reference and promotion significance.
