Research on heat dissipation structure design of inverter in ventilation system

针对传统矿用变频器散热系统面积大,无法满足局部通风机安装调试空间狭小的问题,以山西霍宝干河煤矿2-3061工作面中FBD№7.1型局部通风机为研究对象,设计了一款嵌入式风冷变频器,将变频器发热元件嵌入至钢质风筒结构内,利用风流将热量吹出,并对变频器散热片形制进行计算模拟选型。实践表明,设计的嵌入式风冷变频器可以满足局部通风机安装空间狭小的要求,应用效果良好,达到了预期效果,保障了山西霍宝干河煤矿井下通风安全。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional mine frequency converter cooling system has a large area and does not meet the narrow space for installation and debugging of local fans, taking the FBD No 7.1 local fan in the 2-3061 working face of Shanxi Huobao Ganhe Coal Mine as the research object, an embedded air-cooled frequency converter is designed. The heating element of the frequency converter is embedded into the steel duct structure, and the heat is blown out by the air flow, and the shape of the heat sink of the frequency converter is calculated and simulated. The practice shows that the designed embedded air-cooled frequency converter can meet the requirements of narrow installation space of local ventilator, and the application effect is good, which achieves the expected effect and ensures the underground ventilation safety of Huobaoganhe Coal Mine in Shanxi Province.
