    掘锚一体机是煤矿装备未来发展的趋势,本文以宝欣煤业JM340型掘锚一体机截割装置中的滑移架为研究对象,基于拓扑优化技术和HYPERWORKS有限元软件对滑移架进行优化改进。拓扑优化结果表明,滑移架的拓扑数值存在很大差异,说明工作时不同区域的受力表现出不均匀性的特点。通过在立板两侧设置加强筋、掏槽油缸连接座箱体区域设置加强筋、去除导轨套筒连接箱体中间区域材料的方式进行结构优化,优化后的滑移架重量降低3%。经过累计约1 a的实践应用,发现滑移架具有良好的运行稳定性,可提升其使用寿命。

  • Abstract

     Excavation-anchor integrated machine is the future development trend of coal mine equipment. In this paper, the sliding frame in the cutting device of JM340 excavation-anchor integrated machine in Baoxin Coal Industry is taken as the research object. Based on topology optimization technology and HYPERWORKS finite element software, the sliding frame is optimized and improved. The results of topology optimization show that the topological values of the sliding frame are very different, which indicates that the stress in different regions shows the characteristics of inhomogeneity. The structure optimization is carried out by setting reinforcing ribs on both sides of the vertical plate, setting reinforcing ribs in the box area of the cutting oil cylinder connection seat, and removing the material in the middle area of the guide sleeve connection box. The weight of the optimized sliding frame is reduced by 3%. After about one year of practical application, it is found that the sliding frame has good operation stability and can improve its service life.
