    新景矿长期以来采用JPS型喷浆机封闭岩石巷道,分析认为,该喷浆机存在工人劳动强度高、喷浆效果不理想、存在一定的安全隐患等问题,已不能满足矿井的生产需求。因此,对喷浆机臂架进行了改进,同时增设了智能化控制系统,可实现自动识别巷道轮廓和自动喷浆作业。新型ZSPB喷浆机在新景矿材料斜巷进行了工业性试验。应用表明,与JPS型喷浆机相比,新型喷浆机的顶部回弹率降低31%,一次喷射厚度提高7.4%,强度达到24.8 MPa,超过了C20混凝土的标准,工效提高20%以上,取得了理想的应用效果。

  • Abstract

    For a long time, the JPS type shotcrete machine has been used in the closed rock roadway of Xinjing Mine, which can not meet the production demand of the mine. The analysis shows that the sprayer has problems such as high labor intensity of workers, unsatisfactory spray effect, and certain safety hazards. Therefore, the boom of shotcrete machine is improved, and an intelligent control system is added to realize automatic identification of roadway contour and automatic shotcrete operation. The industrial test of the new ZSPB shotcrete machine was carried out in the material inclined roadway of Xinjing Mine. The application shows that compared with the JPS shotcrete machine, the top rebound rate of the new shotcrete machine is reduced by 31%, the thickness of the first shot is increased by 7.4%, and the strength reaches 24.8 MPa, which exceeds the standard of C20 concrete. The efficiency is increased by more than 20%, and the ideal application effect is achieved.
