  • 摘要

    针对新景矿主煤流运输系统芦南分区带式输送机驱动装置使用年限较长,经常出现各种问题的情况,在保证主煤流运输系统正常运行的前提下,对其驱动装置进行更换。根据新景矿实际情况研究优化方案,对更换的驱动装置进行选型分析,最终确定采用“永磁直驱电动滚筒+变频软启动”代替原有驱动装置。实践表明,此次设计选用更换的驱动装置应用效果良好,且利用矿井检修的3 d时间完成了设备的安装及运行调试,对运输系统的正常运行无影响,保证了煤矿的安全高效开采。

  • Abstract

     In view of the long service life of the driving device of Lunan partition belt conveyor in the main coal flow transportation system of Xinjing Mine, various problems often occur. Under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the main coal flow transportation system, the driving device is replaced. According to the actual situation of Xinjing Mine, the optimization scheme was studied, and the replaced drive device was selected and analyzed. Finally, it was determined that the ' permanent magnet direct drive electric drum + frequency conversion soft start ' was used to replace the original drive device. The practice shows that the application effect of the replaced driving device in this design is good, and the installation and operation debugging of the equipment are completed by using the 3 d time of mine maintenance, which has no effect on the normal operation of the transportation system and ensures the safe and efficient mining of the coal mine.
