  • 摘要

    为解决复合顶板矩形巷道易冒顶垮落、难支护等问题,以兖矿能源集团股份有限公司济宁二号煤矿43下06胶顺为工程背景,基于现场钻孔实测结果及深部复合顶板巷道围岩控制原则,提出了深部复合顶板巷道支护方案,通过数值模拟验证联合支护方案可靠性。现场试验结果表明,采用该方案后,巷道顶底板最大变形量分别为75 mm、24 mm,两帮最大变形量为55 mm,顶板浅部离层量为5 mm,深部离层量为20 mm。该方案有效控制了巷道围岩的变形破坏。

  • Abstract

     In order to solve the problems of composite roof plate rectangular roadway, such as easy to roof collapse and difficult to support, the No.43up06 transportation gateway of Jining No. 2 Mine was taken as the engineering background, based on the field drilling results and the deep composite roof plate roadway perimeter rock control principles, the composite roof plate roadway support scheme was proposed, and the reliability of the joint support scheme was verified through numerical simulation. Field test results showed that: after adopting this scheme, the maximum deformation of the top and bottom plates of the roadway was 75mm and 24mm respectively, the maximum deformation of the two gangs was 55mm, the shallow part of the top plate was 5mm, and the deep part of the top plate was 20mm, which effectively controlled the deformation and damage of the roadway peripheral rock.
