Study on stress distribution characteristics and protective measures of near goaf roadway excavation

为分析霄云煤矿2307工作面轨道顺槽掘进期间受采空区侧向支承压力影响程度,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件构建了2307工作面三维数值模型,分析了2307工作面轨道顺槽掘进过程中煤柱应力分布特征。结果表明,2307工作面轨道顺槽掘进期间主要受1308采空区侧向支承压力影响,但位于1308采空区侧向支承压力降低区,应力集中系数小于1.5,后续采用大直径钻孔防治冲击地压,最终实现了2307工作面轨道顺槽安全掘进。
In order to analyze the influence of lateral abutment pressure of goaf to No.2307 Face of Xiaoyun Mine, a 3D numerical model was constructed by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, and the distribution characteristics of coal pillar stress were analyzed. The results showed that the No.2307 track roadway was mainly affected by the lateral abutment pressure of No.1308 goaf during excavation, but the stress concentration coefficient was less than 1.5 in the area where the lateral abutment pressure of No.1308 goaf was reduced. Subsequently, large-diameter drilling was adopted to prevent rock surge, and realized the safe excavation of No.2307 track finally.
