Research on intelligent air volume control technology in working face of Nanling Coal Mine

工作面按需供风问题是当前安全高产高效矿井建设的热点议题之一,而工作面风量智能化调控技术作为关键技术,对工作面智能化通风具有重要意义。本文以山西南岭煤矿5207工作面通风系统为研究背景,对其工作面智能化风量调控技术开展研究。研究结果表明:①由于工作面通风系统监测数据、风量调控装置和决策模型的局限性,损耗风量高达46.9%;②基于鲸鱼算法的工作面智能化风量调控系统,可精确求解工作面需风量,实现工作面风量的按需调控;③采用该技术后,工作面通风误差降低至1.3%,节省风量约201 m3/min。研究可为相似工况条件下工作面智能化通风提供有益参考。
The problem of on-demand air supply in working face is one of the hot topics in the construction of safe, high-yield and high-efficiency mines. As a key technology, the intelligent control technology of air volume in working face is of great significance to the intelligent ventilation of working face. This paper takes the ventilation of 5207 working face of Nanling Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research background, and studies the intelligent air volume control technology of working face. The results show that : 1 Due to the limitations of monitoring data, air volume control device and decision model of ventilation system in working face, the loss of air volume is as high as 46.9%. The intelligent air volume control system of the working face based on the whale algorithm can accurately solve the required air volume of the working face and realize the on-demand control of the air volume of the working face. After adopting this technology, the ventilation error of the working face is reduced to 1.3%, and the air volume is saved by about 201 m3 / min. The research can provide a useful reference for intelligent ventilation of working face under similar working conditions.
