  • 摘要

    将钢渣应用于制备矿山充填胶凝材料是资源利用的重要途径之一,本文分析了不同处理工艺和产地来源对钢渣物理和化学性质的影响规律,探讨了6种钢渣充填胶凝体系的水化硬化机理和协同作用机制,梳理了钢渣在矿山充填材料应用中的优势、不足和发展趋势。研究表明:(1)脱硫石膏可以促进钢渣的水化和溶解;水泥熟料、矿渣、粉煤灰可为钢渣水化提供碱性环境;硅灰能为钢渣水化提供大量的高反应活性硅。(2)钢渣可以改善充填料浆和易性并提高充填体后期强度,同时也会延长充填材料凝结时间,降低其早期强度。(3)钢渣的掺入可有效增强充填体的塑性变形特征,在煤矿冲击动力灾害风险防控方面有良好的应用前景。

  • Abstract

    Using steel slag for the preparation of mine backfill materials is vital to utilizing its resources. Therefore,this study reviewed the impact of different processing technologies and sources on the physical and chemical properties of steel slag,analyzed the application modes and hydration mechanisms of six kinds of steel slag backfill cementitious materials,and discussed the advantages,disadvantages,and development trends of steel slag in the field of mine backfill. This study indicates that:(1) Desulfurized gypsum could promote the hydration and dissolution of steel slag,while cement clinker,slag,and fly ash provide an alkaline environment for steel slag hydration,and silica fume offers a large amount of highly reactive silicon;(2) Steel slag could improve the workability of filling slurry and increase the late OF MINING SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY strength of backfill,extend the setting time of backfill material and reduce the early strength of backfill. (3) The addition of steel slag could enhance the plastic deformation characteristics of the backfill body, therefore offering references for the prevention and control of dynamic impact hazards in coal mines.
