  • 摘要

    针对采煤机电控箱内电气元件检修依赖人力、需停机开盖检修等问题,提出基于红外热像仪的测温方案,根据采煤机主回路关键器件温度检测需求,结合电气元件红外辐射与温度对应的关系,研制了一套针对高压电气元件的红外测温装置,该装置可实现基于红外热力图的温度测量与分析,以及异常温度预警功能。

  • Abstract

    A temperature measurement scheme based on infrared thermal imager was proposed to address theissues of manual maintenance of electrical components in the coal winning machine control box, as well as the needto shut down and open the cover for maintenance.Based on the temperature detection requirements of keycomponents in the main circuit of the coal winning machine, and combined with the relationship between infraredradiation and temperature of electrical components, a set of infrared temperature measurement devices for high-voltage electrical components was developed to achieve temperature measurement and analysis based on infraredthermal maps, as well as abnormal temperature warning functions.
