Based on theoretical research and on-site experiments on the clamping force and clamping method ofpressure belt conveyors, the key factors affecting the external clamping force of pressure belt conveyors wererevealed. A suitable clamping mechanism for the safe operation of pressure belt conveyors was developed bycomparing the performance of multiple clamping methods. At the same time, the validity of the theoretical researchresults was verified through the analysis of experimental data, providing a theoretical basis for the development ofpressure belt conveyors.
