    常规PWM整流器前级LCL体积较大、直流侧电容容值高,不适用于机载高功率密度整流器应用。六脉波控制整流器电动状态下能量仅从IGBT内部二极管流过,存在输出电压低、谐波含量大问题。长距离供电导致的线路损耗和负载的多样性,使得供给到矿用整流器的电网污染较大,为防止回馈时逆变颠覆,需要整流器快速锁相。针对传统整流器应用出现的一系列问题,提出了一种基于DSOGI-PLL锁相环的改进型六拍频整流的新型整流器,电动状态下,IGBT沟槽在过零点和体二极管同时按六拍频导通。为了对上述分析进行验证,文中给出了测试试验,试验结果验证了控制策略的可行性。
  • Abstract
    The conventional PWM rectifier front stage LCL has a large volume and high DC side capacitance,making it unsuitable for airborne high-power density rectifier applications. Under the electric state of the six pulsecontrol rectifier, energy only flows through the internal diode of the IGBT, resulting in low output voltage and highharmonic content. The line loss and load diversity caused by long-distance power supply result in significantpollution of the power grid supplied to the mining rectifier. To prevent inverter overturning during feedback, therectifier needs to be quickly phase-locked. A new type of rectifier based on DSOGI-PLL phase-locked loop andimproved six beat frequency rectification was proposed to address a series of problems in traditional rectifierapplications. In the electric state, the IGBT groove conducts at the zero crossing point and the body diodesimultaneously at the six beat frequency. In order to verify the above analysis, testing experiments were conductedin the article, and the experimental results verified the feasibility of the control strategy.
