为解决王坪煤业掘进工作面掘进效率低、支护时长占比大的问题,基于此,首先对2101巷道工况以及现有巷道支护进行分析,以临时支护支架为研究对象,对临时支护支架可行性以及关键结构进行设计分析,结合2101巷道实际情况,确定关键结构参数,最后通过现场验证,对现有支护方式以及临时支护方式下掘进效率进行对比,经计算,使用临时支护支架后巷道的掘进速度提升45%,实现了巷道快速掘进、节约成本、提高效益的目标。
To solve the problems of low excavation efficiency and large proportion of support time in WangpingCoal Industry’ s excavation working face, based on this, the working conditions of 2101 roadway and existingroadway support were analyzed. The feasibility and key structure of temporary support brackets were designed andanalyzed, and combined with the actual situation of 2101 roadway, key structural parameters were determined.Finally, through on-site verification, the excavation efficiency of the existing support methods and temporary supportmethods was compared. After calculation, the excavation speed of the roadway is increased by 45% after usingtemporary support brackets, achieving the goal of rapid excavation, cost savings, and improved efficiency.
