摘要
为了探究薄煤层采煤机滚筒运动参数对装煤率的影响,基于离散元仿真软件EDEM建立了薄煤层采煤机装煤过程的仿真模型,通过仿真试验及插值拟合得到运动参数与装煤率之间关系的曲线,分析得到不同运动参数下滚筒装煤率的变化规律。通过研究各点处的灵敏度,分析滚筒转速和牵引速度相互影响下的装煤率变化规律,并通过曲面拟合给出了仿真用滚筒的最佳运动参数,为薄煤层采煤机滚筒设计提供理论依据。

Abstract
To explore the influence of the motion parameters of the drum of a thin coal seam coal winning machineon the coal loading rate, a simulation model of the coal loading process of the thin coal seam coal winning machinewas established based on the discrete element simulation software EDEM. The relationship between the motionparameters and the coal loading rate was obtained through simulation experiments and interpolation fitting, and thevariation law of the drum loading rate under different motion parameters was analyzed. By studying the sensitivity ateach point, analyzing the variation law of coal loading rate under the mutual influence of drum speed and tractionspeed, and providing the optimal motion parameters of the simulated drum through surface fitting, theoretical basiswas provided for the design of the drum of thin coal seam coal winning machines.
