摘要
为了提高锚护协作机旋转作业的稳定性,分析协作机在进行旋转作业的稳定性情况,建立了其旋转作业数学模型,确定协作机的稳定旋转角度范围。结果表明:锚护协作机旋转作业的稳定旋转角度范围在±37.3°之间,旋转角度超过±37.3°时协作机发生倾覆。当左后支腿不承载协作机重力时,旋转作业逆时针稳定旋转最大角度为16.8°,顺时针稳定旋转可工作最大角度为38.3°,逆时针旋转角度超过16.8°,顺时针旋转角度超过38.3°时协作机发生倾覆。

Abstract
In order to improve the stability of the anchor protection cooperative machine’s rotation operation, thestability of the cooperative machine during rotation operation was analyzed, and its mathematical model for rotationoperation was established to determine the stable rotation angle range of the cooperative machine. The resultsindicated that the stable rotation angle range of the anchor protection cooperative machine during rotation operationwas between ± 37. 3°, and when the rotation angle exceeds ± 37. 3°, the cooperative machine overturned. Whenthe left rear support leg does not bear the weight of the cooperative machine, the maximum angle of stablecounterclockwise rotation during rotation operation is 16. 8°, the maximum angle of stable clockwise rotation thatcan work is 38. 3°, and when the counterclockwise rotation angle exceeds 16. 8°and the clockwise rotation angleexceeds 38. 3°, the cooperative machine overturns.
