  • 摘要
    针对不连沟煤矿特厚煤层综放开采放煤工艺参数确定的合理性问题,通过实测特厚煤层单轮顺序放煤时单个支架的连续放煤时间,在倾向方向基于“大、中、小、微”放煤理念确定了“大”放煤、“中”放煤、“小”放煤、“微”放煤的循环内位置和放煤间距;在走向方向通过布置多点位移计测试了不同顶煤高度、不同循环时的顶煤运移轨迹曲线,得出在倾斜方向的顶煤移动轨迹曲线方程,确定不同放煤步距时的工艺损失。研究结果表明:单放煤口充分放煤时,工作面倾向方向影响距离6~12架,倾向单架放煤影响半径平均7.6m;循环内两端“大”放煤、中间“中”放煤、其余“小”放煤和“微”放煤交替;本架放煤在垂高12.3m层位的走向影响距离平均4.9m,在垂高8.3m层位的走向影响距离平均3.8m,拟合确定了不同放煤步距的顶煤走向运移方程,理论得出循环步距0.8m比1.6m减少煤炭损失694t。研究结果为指导不连沟煤矿特厚煤层综放开采合理放煤和提高资源回收率提供依据。
  • Abstract
    In order to determine the rational parameters of fully mechanized top-coal caving technology in extra-thick coal seams at Buliangou Coal Mine, we did in-site measurement on the duration of continuous top-coal caving by one support following single wheel sequential caving order, and determined in-circle location and caving intervals of large, medium, small and micro scale caving based on the large, medium, small and micro caving theory in inclined direction. We also defined the losses of different drawing intervals from top coal movement track curve equations of the inclined direction based on top coal movement track curves in different caving heights and different circles tested by multiple position extensometers laid following strike directions. The research results show that when a single drawing outlet is fully caved, the influence distance of working face in trending is 6~12 supports, and the drawing influence radius of inclined single support is 7. 6 m on average. “Large” coal drawing employs at both ends of the cycle, “medium” coal drawing in the middle, “small” and “micro” coal drawing alternated in the rest. The average strike impact distance of the support drew at 12. 3 m vertical height is 4. 9 m, and that at 8. 3 m vertical height is 3. 8 m. The top coal strike migration equation of different drawing steps is determined by fitting theory, which comes out the circulation step distance of 0. 8 m reducing t coal loss superior to1. 6 m. The research results provide a basis for guiding the rational coal drawing and improving the recovery rate of resources in fully mechanized caving of the extra-thick coal seams at Buliangou Coal mine.
