  • 摘要
    为研究大断面斜井富水砂化层段注浆改性及围岩控制技术,以曹家滩煤矿主斜井为工程背景,通过数值模拟对比分析了未注浆和使用普通硅酸盐水泥、水泥-水玻璃及SJP注浆材料进行注浆时砂化层涌水及围岩控制效果,提出了合理的过砂化层段围岩控制方案。研究结果表明:采取注浆后的巷道围岩变形量、塑性区范围及透水能力大幅度减小,SJP注浆材料的围岩控制及防渗能力要优于普通硅酸盐水泥及水泥-水玻璃注浆材料,通过喷射混凝土及架设U型钢棚可以有效控制斜井砂化层段围岩变形。现场工程应用表明:采用SJP注浆改性后,斜井砂化层段涌水量由27m3/h缩减至17m3/h,治理段井筒结构整体受力状态良好,斜井井筒结构安全稳定。
  • Abstract
    To study the grouting modification and surrounding rock control technology for water - rich sandy strata at large section inclines, we took an in-site investigation at the main incline of Caojiatan Coal Mine. Based on numerical simulation analysis on the effects of sandy layer water burst and wall rock control of original or grouting with ordinary silicate cement, cement-water glass, and SJP grouting materials, we put forward a rational wall rock control plan for sandy strata. Research results show that the deformation, plastic zone, and water permeability of roadways have greatly reduced with grouting. The SJP grouting materials have better wall rock controllability and impermeability than that with common silicate cement and cement- water glass grouting materials. By spraying concrete and setting up U-shaped steel sheds, the deformation of the surrounding rocks in sandy layers at the incline can be efficiently controlled. The application results at this incline showed that after using SJP grouting modification, the water burst rate in the sandy layers of an incline will reduce from m / h to m / h. The opening with grouting section can bear stress well and keep a stable structure.
