煤矸石离层注浆充填“五位一体”开采工艺研究

    为协同解决制约煤炭高效开采的矸石处置、灾害治理、生态保护等难题,提出了百万吨煤矸石覆岩隔离注浆充填处废、防冲、减震、保水、减沉的“五位一体”安全绿色开采工艺。研究了台阶式自流型制浆输浆工艺,解决了制浆输浆系统占地紧张、长距离输送等难题,达到了大规模处理矸石、系统节能稳定的目的。该工艺在葫芦素煤矿进行了现场试验,实现了一期处理矸石能力70万t/a,二期投产后处理矸石能力将达到150万t/a,累计节省矸石处理和水处理费用约1730万元,注浆充填区域地表下沉量降低52.9%~53.2%,工作面平均涌水量降幅17.7%~29.1%,冲击地压能量发生次数减少774次,降幅30.5%,取得了较好的经济、安全环保效果。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the difficulties affecting efficient coal mining including gangue disposal, disaster management and ecological protection, the five-in-one safe and green mining method featuring isolated grouting-filling for overburden rock and waste disposal, rockburst prevention, vibration damping, water preservation and subsidence reduction is proposed for one- million-tons scale coal gangue disposal. A step-type self-flowing slurry production and transportation method is put forward, which solves the problems in large-scale processing, system stability and energy saving, land occupation and long-distance transportation. The technology process was tested in the Hulusu Coal Mine. In the filed test, the production capacity achieved t/ a in the first phase, and would reach 1. 5 million t/ a after the second phase project commissioning, which saved about 17. 3 million yuan in the cost of gangue and water disposal, brought a 52. 9% ~53. 2% decline in the surface subsidence amount of the slurry filling area, a decline of 17. 7% ~29. 1% in the average water influx in the working face, a decline of (30. 5%) in the number of rock burst energy event. The test project has achieved great results in terms of economy, safety and environmental protection.
