    制冷降温是深部矿井热害防治的有效技术手段。以核桃峪矿井制冷降温系统建设工程为背景,针对降温管井钻孔深度大,穿过洛河组巨厚强含水层,长距离输送冷媒保冷等技术难题,在分析工程及水文地质条件基础上,确定管井钻孔两次开孔分段设计参数;通过调研管路保冷材料性能,提出复合钢管、静态空气、玻璃微珠增强水泥、钢基复合保温套管四种保冷方法条件下基岩段护壁管设计方案;综合考虑保冷效果、固井可靠性、施工难度等因素,优选工作管采用钢基复合保温套管;并根据套管受力计算,校验护壁管规格参数。工程实施效果表明,井上下降温管始末端温度损失约1℃,可以满足冷媒长距离输送冷量损失要求,对于类似工程具有借鉴价值。
  • Abstract
    Refrigeration and cooling are effective technical means for preventing and controlling thermal hazards in deep mines. During the construction of the refrigeration and cooling system in the Hetaoyu Mine, there were several technical difficulties need to be solved, such as deep drilling of the cooling pipe well, passing through the thick and strong aquifer of the Luohe Formation, and long-distance transportation of refrigerant for cooling. Based on the analysis of engineering and hydrogeological conditions, the design parameters for the two-stage opening and segmentation of the pipe well drilling were determined. After conducting a research on the performance of pipeline cold insulation materials, a design scheme was proposed for the protective wall pipe in the bedrock section under four cold insulation methods: composite steel pipe, static air, glass microsphere reinforced cement, and steel-based composite thermal insulation casing. After comprehensively considering the factors such as cold insulation effect, cementing reliability, and construction difficulty, the steel-based composite thermal insulation casing was preferred as the working pipe. According to the force calculation of the casing, the specifications and parameters of the protective wall pipe were verified. According to the implementation effect of the project, the temperature loss at the beginning and end of the cooling pipe is about ℃ , which can meet the requirements of cooling capacity loss for long - distance transportation of refrigerant, and has promotion and application value for similar projects.
