Analysis on evaluation of uncertainty of caking index of bituminous coal

基于烟煤黏结指数测量数据建立数学模型,从焦化处理后的焦渣总质量、第1次转鼓后的筛上物质量、第2次转鼓后的筛上物质量、最终结果数值修约、测量重复性等方面分析烟煤黏结指数测量结果不确定度来源;计算每个来源的标准不确定度分量以及合成标准不确定度,最终得到烟煤黏结指数测量结果的不确定度。
This articleestablishes a mathematical model based on the measurement data of the bituminous coal bonding index. It analyzes the sources of uncertainty in the measurement results of the bituminous coal bonding index from aspects such as the total mass of coke residue after coking treatment, the mass of material on the screen after the first drum rotation, the mass of material on the screen after the second drum rotation, the final result numerical rounding, and the repeatability of measurements. The standard uncertainty components for each source and the combined standard uncertainty are calculated to ultimately obtain the uncertainty of the bituminous coal bonding index measurement results.
