Research on carbon emission accounting and low-carbondevelopment path of coal industry

基于国家碳核算标准构建了煤炭开发过程碳排放核算模型,从化石燃料过程、煤炭开采过程、矿后活动、净购入电力热力4个方面计算碳排放现状。根据矿区特征建立核算模型,依据IPCC排放因子缺省值进行核算,并根据煤矿实测数据对部分排放因子进行了合理的修正。以国家能源集团煤炭产业为实证对象,分析煤矿生产各环节碳排放特征,并针对性地提出以技术为导向的煤矿低碳发展路径。
This study based on the national carbon accounting standards, constructs a carbon emission accounting model in the coal development process, calculates the carbon emission status from four aspects: fossil fuel process, coal mining process, post-mine activities, net purchased power and heat.The calculation model is established according to the characteristics of the mining area, the calculation is carried out according to the default value of IPCC emission factors, and some emission factors are reasonably corrected according to the measured data of coal mine.Taking the coal industry of National Energy Investment Group as the empirical object, analyzes the carbon emission characteristics of each link of coal mine production, and puts forward a technology-oriented low-carbon development path for coal mines.
