    为提高资源回收率,降低巷道失修率,对3301工作面开展沿空留巷技术,采用“切顶卸压+补强锚索”支护方案,对预裂钻孔的切缝深度、切缝角度、爆破孔装药方式、破坏半径等进行理论计算。根据回采期间工作面不同区域受力状态不同,划分出三个应力区域,采取针对性的补强支护方案。经过观测分析,沿空留巷顶板最大移近量为144mm、底鼓量为317mm、两帮最大移近量为405mm,锚杆拉拔力试验合格率达到81.2%,预裂爆破后的沿空留巷成本降低645元/m,效果明显。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve resource recovery rate and reduce the failure rate of roadways, the technology of retaining roadway along goaf is carried out on the 3301 working face. The support scheme of "roof cutting pressure relief+reinforcement anchor cable support" is adopted, and theoretical calculations are carried out on the cutting depth, cutting angle, blasting hole charging method, failure radius and so on of presplitting boreholes. According to the different stress states in different areas of the working face during the stoping period, three stress zones are divided and targeted reinforcement support schemes are adopted. After observation and analysis, the maximum displacement amount of the roof of the retaining roadway along goaf is 144 mm, the heaving floor amount is 317 mm, and the maximum displacement amount of the two sides is 405 mm. The qualification rate of the anchor rod drawing force test reaches 81.2%. The cost of the retaining roadway along goaf after presplitting blasting is reduced by 645 yuan/m, and the effect is significant.
