    针对济宁三号煤矿软岩巷道变形大、破坏严重的问题,通过现场勘察和试验研究分析了软岩巷道的破坏机理,得出巷道围岩裂隙发育、完整性差、吸水易膨胀和支护方案不合理是导致巷道围岩发生变形破坏的主要原因,提出了“锚杆索-钢筋网-喷射混凝土-注浆”联合支护方案,并进行了现场试验。结果表明,巷道的顶底板相对移近量和两帮收敛量分别为123mm和98mm,较原方案分别减小了70%和61%,验证了“锚杆索-钢筋网-喷射混凝土-注浆”联合支护方案的可行性和有效性。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problem of large deformation and serious damage in the soft rock roadway of Jining No.3 Coal Mine, the damage mechanism of the soft rock roadway is analyzed through on-site investigation and experimental research. It is found that the development of cracks in the roadway surrounding rock, poor integrity, easy expansion after water sucking, and unreasonable support schemes are the main reasons that lead to the occurence of the deformation and damage of the roadway surrounding rock. A joint support scheme of "anchor bolt cable-steel mesh-sprayed concrete-grouting" is proposed and field tests are conducted. The results show that the relative displacement amount of the roof and floor of the roadway and the convergence quantity of the two sides are 123 mm and 98 mm, respectively, which reduce by 70% and 61% compared to the original scheme, respectively. This verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the "anchor bolt cable-steel mesh-sprayed concrete-grouting" joint support scheme.
