    基于地煤大同有限责任公司某煤矿12515工作面,针对褶皱区域在强采动影响区下巷道围岩稳定性和工作面顶板控制问题,通过分析工程实际情况并构建模型,对工程进行数值模拟,研究了原始岩层应力状态下褶皱区域岩体的应力分布,以及邻近工作面开采后采空区的应力变化。进一步探讨了在背斜开采、背向斜过渡和向斜开采等不同阶段中采场应力的演变规律,并提出了相应的褶皱区域开采岩体控制策略。具体策略包括使用高分子化学注浆技术加固岩体、加强回采巷道顶板的支护以及在控顶区域实施矿压控制技术。这些综合措施确保了12515综合开采工作面在通过褶皱区域时的安全和稳定性。实际应用结果表明,这些措施有效支持了工作面的稳定开采,施工过程中未发生任何坍塌或岩体脱落事故。
  • Abstract
    Based on the Coal Mine 12515 Working Face of Dimei Datong Co., Ltd., this study focuses on the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the control of the working face roof in the folded area under strong mining influence. By analyzing the actual situation of the project and constructing a model, numerical simulations were carried out to study the stress distribution of the rock mass in the folded area under the original rock stress state, as well as the stress changes in the goaf after mining adjacent working faces. Further exploration was conducted on the evolution of stress in the mining field during different stages such as anticline mining, reverse slope transition, and synclinal mining, and corresponding rock mass control strategies were proposed for mining in folded areas. The specific strategies include using polymer chemical grouting technology to reinforce the rock mass, strengthening the support of the roof of the mining roadway, and implementing mining pressure control technology in the roof control area. These comprehensive measures ensure the safety and stability of the 12515 comprehensive mining face when passing through the folded area. The practical application results show that these measures effectively support stable mining of the working face, and no collapse or rock mass detachment accidents occurred during the construction process.
