摘要
为了解决无法运用工程化方法对整个矿井进行风网解算的问题,采用系统工程的方法论构建了通风系统全矿井解算方案,提出了系列模型优化矿井风网解算。针对矿井巷道拓扑关系难以抽象得到通风网络图的问题、已知部分关键通风参数或无法测得矿井全部关键通风参数的问题,基于回路风量法进行全矿井通风网络解算,通过设计风网解算模型前置工作和研究模型不同的应用场景,结合伯方煤矿通风数据进行解算,解算精度达到90%以上,1000条分支以内规模网络收敛时间小于10s,回路阻力调节误差小于0.5%。研究结果表明,通过该解算系列方案解算所得全矿井风量准确度较高,对于整体把控矿井通风现状与矿井通风决策有重要的理论与现实意义。

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of not being able to use engineering methods to solve the entire mine's air network, a system engineering methodology was adopted to construct a ventilation system solution plan for the entire mine, and a series of models were proposed to optimize the mine's air network solution. In response to the problem of difficulty in abstracting the topology relationship of mine tunnels to obtain a ventilation network diagram, knowing some key ventilation parameters, or being unable to measure all key ventilation parameters of the mine, a full mine ventilation network solution was carried out based on the loop air volume method. By designing the pre work of the wind network solution model and studying different application scenarios of the model, combined with the ventilation data of Bofang Coal Mine, the solution accuracy reached over 90%. The convergence time of the network with less than 1000 branches was less than 10 seconds, and the loop resistance adjustment error was less than 0.5%. The research results indicate that the accuracy of the total mine air volume obtained through this solution series scheme is relatively high, which has important theoretical and practical significance for overall control of the mine ventilation status and mine ventilation decision-making.
