摘要
针对采煤机截割部分在开采过程中煤层阻抗变化增大,容易造成截割部分箱体变形,造成传动系统失效甚至破坏的情况,传统的控制方式无法适应负载的随机变化、强冲击等特点,从而影响煤矿开采的稳定性和降低开采效率等问题,构建了多台电机、耦合牵引系统构成的短程截割传动系统,联合仿真平台,分析了牵引系统的特性,经过优化参数对比分析煤块率和生产效率,并通过电机输出转矩和时变啮合刚度对动态性能影响研究。滞环带宽在60db宽度下,传动系统输出转矩稳定,在外部激励24Hz主频成分下,转速波动对系统动态性能影响较大,选择合适的控制参数,可以有效提高短程截割传动系统的稳定性和生产效率。

Abstract
In view of the situation that the impedance change of the coal seam in the cutting part of the shearer increases during the mining process, which is easy to cause the box body deformation of the cutting part, resulting in the failure or even destruction of the transmission system, the traditional control mode cannot adapt to the random changes of the load, strong impact and other characteristics, thus affecting the stability of coal mining and reducing the mining efficiency and other problems, a short-range cutting transmission system composed of multiple motors and coupled traction system is constructed. Combined with the simulation platform, the characteristics of the traction system are analyzed, the coal block rate and production efficiency are compared and analyzed through the optimized parameters, and the dynamic performance impact is studied through motor output torque and time-varying meshing stiffness. When the hysteresis loop bandwidth is 60 db width, the output torque of the transmission system is stable. Under external excitation of the 24 Hz dominant frequency component, rotary speed fluctuations have a significant impact on the dynamic performance of the system. Choosing appropriate control parameters can effectively improve the stability and production efficiency of the short-range cutting transmission system.
