Research on Optimization Design of Roadway Support in the Third Mining Area of Nanyang Mine

针对深部煤层巷道围岩变形严重、支护困难等问题,以南阳矿三采区3302工作面为工程背景,理论计算了工作面进(回)风巷道支护参数,设计了3种巷道支护方案,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,比较了3种不同支护方案下巷道的围岩变形、应力分布及塑性区分布,最终确定了优选支护方案,开展了现场应用。实践结果表明,巷道围岩顶底板和两帮围岩变形量分别稳定在31mm和21mm左右,有效控制了围岩变形,支护效果显著,验证了该方案的合理性,为类似条件矿井巷道支护设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the problems of serious deformation and difficulty in support and others in deep coal seam roadway surrounding rock, taking the 3302 working face in the third mining area of Nanyang Mine as the engineering background, the theoretical calculation of the support parameters for the air intake (return) roadway of the working face is conducted. Three types of roadway support schemes are designed, and FLAC numerical simulation software is used to compare the surrounding rock deformation, stress distribution, and plastic area distribution of the roadway under three different support schemes. Finally, the optimal support scheme is determined and the on-site application is carried out. The practical results show that the surrounding rock deformation amount of the roof and floor of the roadway surrounding rock and the two sides remain stable at around 31 mm and 21 mm, respectively, effectively controlling the surrounding rock deformation and achieving significant support effects. This verifies the rationality of this scheme and provides a reference for mine roadway support design with similar conditions.
