Actual Measurement Study on Mine Pressure Behavior Law in Thick Overlying Rock Working Face Periodic Pressure

济宁三号煤矿183下03工作面回采期间,工作面周期来压具有强矿压特征,采场矿压显现强烈,易导致发生动力灾害问题。为此,对工作面周期来压显现规律进行了监测和研究,采用现场调研、观测数据分析、现场实测的方法,对工作面地质条件、支架受力、矿压显现、围岩表面位移、煤体采动应力实测、微震监测等进行分析,揭示了该工作面周期来压显现特征。观测结果表明,工作面周期来压步距19~29m之间,平均24m;来压时动载系数在1.11~1.21之间。
During the stoping period of the 18303 working face in Jining No.3 Coal Mine, the periodic pressure of the working face has strong mine pressure characteristics, and the mine pressure behavior in the stope is strong, which can easily lead to the problem of occuring dynamic disasters. Therefore, the periodic pressure behavior law of the working face is conducted to be monitored and studied. The geological conditions, bracket force, mine pressure behavior, surrounding rock surface displacement, coal body mining stress actual measurement, microseismic monitoring, etc. of the working face are analyzed using methods of on-site investigation and research, observation data analysis, and on-site actual measurement, revealing the characteristics of the periodic pressure behavior of this working face. The observation results indicate that the working face has a periodic pressure step distance between 19-29 m, with an average of 24 m; the dynamic load coefficient during pressing is between 1.11 and 1.21.
